HighRes and Cenevo have formed a co-marketing partnership designed to accelerate the adoption of connected, artificial intelligence (AI)-ready laboratory infrastructure across the life sciences industry.The partnership brings together HighRes’ Cellario OS orchestration platform and Cenevo’s Mosaic sample management software to help laboratories coordinate complex workflows across instruments, applications, and data systems with greater reliability and traceability.
Modern life sciences laboratories face mounting pressure to manage increasingly complex samples across dozens of instruments and software systems from different vendors. Each handover between systems introduces risk: manual transcription errors, broken data trails, and compliance gaps. As compound libraries grow and modalities multiply, the cost of these inefficiencies increases dramatically.
“Orchestration and sample management have lived in separate systems for too long, and the gap between them is where errors and lost time accumulate,” HighRes CEO Ira Hoffman said. “By integrating Cellario OS with Mosaic by Cenevo, a sample fulfillment order from the world’s leading sample management software becomes executed work — Cellario OS finds the available resources and runs it. That’s what an execution layer is for.”
Together, Cellario OS and Mosaic address these challenges by creating a seamlessly connected layer across instruments and data, the foundation that makes agentic AI in the lab both practical and safe. Mosaic’s Machine Fulfillment module communicates with Cellario OS before a run begins, passing all order parameters, input and output labware, and transfer specifications upfront. Cellario then orchestrates execution across instruments, from standalone liquid handlers to fully modular Nucleus systems, tracking transfers in real time and feeding results back to Mosaic for full traceability. The result is a hardware-agnostic, resilient workflow where data flows without manual intervention and where AI agents can operate on trusted, structured information.
Together, the integrated solution delivers:
